Terms of Sale and Website Use

1. Your seller and these terms

GadgetRunnr Inc. operates RaidenCore from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. “We”, “us” and “our” mean GadgetRunnr Inc. These terms cover purchases from raidencore.com and use of this website. Contact us at support@raidencore.com.

Review these terms, the product description, the Shipping policy and the Returns & refunds policy before ordering. Keep a copy of the terms and your order confirmation. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled; purchasing does not provide blanket consent to optional analytics or marketing.

2. Purchasing and product information

You must have legal capacity to make the purchase and be authorized to use the payment method. A parent or guardian should place an order for a child who cannot enter the agreement themselves. Provide accurate contact and delivery details.

Each case purchased is one RaidenCore deck case. Beys and launchers are not included. Review the product measurements and information on the product page; contact us about your setup if you are unsure about fit. Screen settings may affect how colours appear, but this does not excuse goods that materially differ from their description.

Product names used to describe compatibility belong to their respective owners. Compatibility wording does not imply official endorsement, affiliation or tournament approval.

3. Prices, currency and payment

Prices identify their currency. The initial region is based on your approximate location; if it cannot be detected, the site displays USD. Your address at Shopify checkout determines final regional pricing, currency, taxes and delivery eligibility. Review the total before authorizing payment.

Shopify and its payment providers process checkout and payment. GadgetRunnr Inc. is your seller. A product selection or price quote alone does not place an order. Keep your order confirmation as a record of the items and amount purchased.

Product prices and promotions may change for future orders. We will not apply a later price increase to a completed order without your agreement. If a genuine listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it; we will not substitute a higher charge without your agreement.

4. Quantity discounts and bulk enquiries

Online orders support 1–10 cases. Current pricing and any available quantity discounts are shown on the product page. Your final total is confirmed at checkout before payment.

For more than 10 cases, request a bulk quotation. An enquiry does not place an order; quantities and other order-specific details are agreed in the quotation.

Returning some cases does not remove the original discount on cases you keep. Returned cases are refunded at their actual discounted purchase price under our refund policy.

5. Availability and order changes

Orders depend on product availability and successful payment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled items. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. Contact us promptly if your address or order details need correcting; changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.

6. Cancellation before dispatch

You can cancel without charge before dispatch. Email support@raidencore.com with your order number and cancellation request. If we receive your request before the order is dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund of the amount you paid us. After dispatch, contact us about a return; any statutory cancellation rights still apply.

7. Processing, shipping and import duties

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days before dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Toronto, Ontario.

Standard shipping is free to eligible addresses in Canada, the United States, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Australia. Delivery availability depends on the actual address. Orders ship from Toronto, Canada.

Customers are responsible for any import duties. Free standard shipping does not include import duties. Taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment.

Processing time is separate from transit time. Transit estimates start when the parcel is handed to the delivery carrier and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs, weather and delivery disruptions may cause delays. Read our Shipping policy for destination estimates and contact us if an order is delayed or missing. These estimates do not waive rights concerning non-delivery.

8. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees

Request a change-of-mind return within 15 days after delivery. Cases must be unused, undamaged and unassembled, with original packaging. Customers pay the return shipping. Our Returns & refunds policy sets out the process and the treatment of discounted orders. Contact us if goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Nothing in these terms excludes statutory guarantees or other mandatory rights, including any right to repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation. A voluntary return policy does not shorten a statutory claim period or transfer costs to you that applicable law requires us to pay.

9. Website use and intellectual property

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, use another person’s payment details without permission, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the website or its security.

RaidenCore branding and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party content and marks remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the site to browse, shop and keep records of your own purchase; other uses require permission unless permitted by law.

Third-party services, such as a payment wallet, may have their own terms. Those terms do not replace our obligations as the seller. A website outage does not remove rights relating to an order you have already placed.

10. Applicable law and resolving concerns

Please contact support@raidencore.com with an order concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not require you to give up a legal remedy or delay a claim beyond a legal deadline.

These terms are interpreted under the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing requires you to bring a claim only in Ontario when the law gives you a right to use another court or dispute-resolution process.

Our responsibilities and any remedies for loss remain subject to applicable law. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of liability, mandatory arbitration or a waiver of non-waivable consumer rights.

11. Updates and contact

The revision date appears above. Updated terms apply to future orders; they do not retroactively reduce rights under an existing purchase. If a provision cannot legally be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
