Free standard shipping on RaidenCore orders to eligible addresses in Canada, the United States, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Australia. Orders ship from Toronto, Canada.

Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is included with every online pack, from one case to ten cases, when sent to an eligible address in the destinations listed above.

Address eligibility

Shipping availability depends on the delivery address. Not all addresses within these destinations are covered. Contact us if you need help confirming coverage before ordering.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days before dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Toronto, Ontario. Processing time is separate from the transit estimates below.

Estimated transit times start when your order is handed to the delivery carrier. They exclude order processing time, weekends and public holidays.

These ranges are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, weather and remote addresses can add time. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Import duties

Customers are responsible for any import duties. Free standard shipping does not include import duties.

Taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment. Any duties assessed by customs are separate from the free standard shipping offer.

Changes, cancellations and delivery problems

Contact us promptly if your delivery details need correcting. You can cancel before dispatch without charge for a full refund. After dispatch, contact us about a return or delivery problem.
